Ingredients
- Eggs - 4
- Melted Butter - 80g
- Mozzarella - 120g
- Cream Cheese - 30g
- Baking Powder - 1 tsp
- Feta - 60g
- Sesame Seed - Topping

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 360 F (180 C) Beat eggs in a bowl, using a whisk ( no mixer needed).
- Slowly add the melted butter, whisking to incorporate.
- Add the cheeses (mozzarella, feta and cream cheese), stir to combine.
- Then add the baking powder and whisk.
- Grease a 8×8 -inch square baking dish with butter and pour the mixture inside.
- Top with sesame seeds (optional).
- Bake for 20 minutes, until golden.
- Let it cool for 5-10 minutes inside the pan, then cut into pieces and serve.
- Keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
